Palms Off! demonstrations had been held throughout the nation to protest the actions of President Trump and his billionaire advisor Elon Musk.
The Palms Off! motion protested a variety of actions from the Trump administration, from cuts and layoffs to federal departments, to mass deportations.
Palms Off! demonstrations had been organized for greater than 1,200 places in all 50 states by greater than 150 teams, together with civil rights organizations, labor unions, LBGTQ+ advocates, veterans and elections activists, in response to the Related Press.
