Salesforce desires to convey its newest AI brokers into the palms of one billion people by the end of 2025 — with the assistance of 1,000 new salespeople added to its staff.
A brand new Bloomberg report reveals Salesforce’s plan to rent a thousand new workers to promote Agentforce, the AI agent know-how Salesforce made public final month. Salesforce has greater than 72,000 employees globally.

Benioff has been publicly differentiating Agentforce from competing choices available on the market, similar to Microsoft’s Copilot.
In late October, Benioff wrote in a post X that “Copilot’s a flop as a result of Microsoft lacks the information, metadata, and enterprise safety fashions to create actual company intelligence” whereas Agentforce “is remodeling companies now… That is what AI was meant to be.”

In the meantime, Salesforce touts Agentforce’s outcomes. In a September announcement of the know-how, Salesforce said that one in all its purchasers, Wiley, had seen a 40% increase in instances resolved after utilizing a customer support AI agent.
Microsoft counts purchasers like Visa, BP, and Honda as some of its clients utilizing Copilot.
