President-elect Donald Trump has tapped William McGinley for White Home Basic Counsel. The position serves as the purpose authorized adviser for the president with regard to ethics, oversight and judicial nominations. McGinley is a longtime election legal professional, who served as cupboard secretary throughout Trump’s first time period. Through the 2024 election, he took on a brand new position as outdoors counsel for election integrity at the Republican National Committee.
