An individual died in a home hearth early Wednesday close to Lombard.
Crews with the York Middle Hearth Division responded to the blaze about 6:30 a.m. in an unincorporated space of the village within the 1300 block of South third Road, the DuPage County sheriff’s workplace mentioned.
Firefighters situated one one who was pronounced useless on the scene, the sheriff’s workplace mentioned. Their id was not launched pending notification of subsequent of kin.
No different accidents had been reported. The reason for the hearth is underneath investigation. The sheriff’s workplace mentioned there was no indication of suspicious exercise associated to the incident.
“Our ideas are with the household and family members of the deceased throughout this tough time,” DuPage County Sheriff James Mendrick mentioned in an announcement.
