Police are on the lookout for the gunman who stood over a 38-year-old man mendacity on the street and shot him multiples instances on the West Aspect final week.
David Johnson, 38, who was shot within the 3100 block of West Madison Avenue on Thursday, died Monday evening, police stated.
The capturing occurred about 5:35 p.m. and witnesses advised police they noticed an assailant standing over Johnson as he was mendacity on the street whereas capturing him within the head and legs, police stated.
Johnson, of the identical block, was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital in important situation and was pronounced lifeless there at 8:19 p.m. Monday, based on the Cook dinner County medical expert’s workplace.
