    Houthis claim missile launch at Israel amid renewed fighting in Gaza | Houthis News

    Yemen-based group says hypersonic missile fired on Ben Gurion airport in second assault after Israel breaks Gaza ceasefire.

    The Houthis have launched a hypersonic missile at Israel’s Ben Gurion airport, days after the Israeli military broke a ceasefire in Gaza, the Yemeni group stated.

    “The Yemeni armed forces carried out a qualitative navy operation focusing on Ben Gurion airport within the occupied Jaffa area with a Palestine-2 hypersonic ballistic missile,” Houthi spokesman Yahya Saree stated on Thursday.

    He stated the operation “efficiently achieved its goal”, with out elaborating. It was the second such assault since the US started a brand new marketing campaign of air raids in opposition to the rebels earlier this week.

    The Israeli navy stated it intercepted the missile earlier than it entered the nation’s territory early on Thursday. Sirens sounded in a number of areas in Israel after the projectile was fired, the navy stated in a publish on Telegram.
